Memphis Theological Seminary is excited to announce the start of a new series of online offerings. Following the success of Sunday Morning Seminary, a series of short virtual classes offered at no cost to the public on Zoom, we have developed Pulpit & Pew: Seminary for Everyone.

Thanks to The Center for Faith & Imagination and gracious supporters of MTS, Pulpit & Pew is being offered at no cost!

CFI is actually hosting our current series focusing on Spiritual Disciplines.

Register here to receive the links to each new class on Fridays beginning January 21 and ending on April 22. (There will be no lesson on Good Friday, April 15.)

You will be emailed at the address you provide. *Please be sure that you enter your email address correctly.*

Once you complete the registration form you will receive a link each week throughout the course. And once you are registered for this course, you will remain on our email list for all future Pulpit & Pew courses. It will not be necessary to register again for any upcoming classes. If at any time you would like to opt out of these emails, please contact pulpitandpew@memphisseminary.edu

Links to all past classes will be made available to all participants, so you can register at any time and go at your own pace!

If you have any questions, please contact pulpitandpew@memphisseminary.edu. (Please do not contact instructors.)

Sunday Morning Seminary Lesson Archives

The predecessor of Pulpit & Pew, Sunday Morning Seminary, began as a way to bring a taste of seminary education to participants at home during the opportunities and challenges created by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Recordings of previous Sunday Morning Seminary lessons are listed below and plans for how Sunday Morning Seminary will continue to bridge the teaching ministry of MTS with the broader church are in the works.

Pulpit & Pew does not provide credit toward degree or certificate programs. Please click here for more information about degree and certificate programs at MTS, as well as about auditing master’s level courses and studying as a non-degree seeking student.
