Transcript Requests

⚠️ Important: Upcoming System Transition to Bethel University

The MTS office is transitioning our transcript services over to Bethel University. Because of this system transition, the absolute final day to submit a transcript request directly to the MTS office is Friday, July 10.

What you need to know:

  • Final MTS Deadline: Any transcript requests meant for the MTS office must be received by July 10 to be processed.
  • Future Requests (After July 10): MTS will no longer accept or process transcript requests. Future requests and degree verifications will be handled by the Bethel University Office of the Registrar at (731) 352-6385.

Please note: The exact date that Bethel will begin processing these requests is still being finalized. If you anticipate needing an official transcript in the near future, we strongly encourage you to submit your request to the MTS office before the July 10 deadline to avoid any gaps in availability.

To request a transcript, please fill out the form linked below and email it as a scanned copy to
registrar@memphisseminary.edu.

Fees & Processing Hours

  • Processing Fee: If this is not your first transcript request, a $5.00 processing fee per copy must be paid before processing. Please contact the Business Office at 901-334-5822 to pay.
  • Fee Waiver: The processing fee is waived for transcripts requested for matters pertaining to ordination processes for current students.
  • Hours: Fees and transcripts are only processed when the MTS offices are open, Monday–Thursday.

Important Guidelines

  • No Electronic Delivery: We do not send transcripts electronically.
  • Official Copies: Must be mailed directly from the seminary to the receiving institution bearing the seal and signature of the registrar. Official copies cannot be distributed directly to students.
  • Unofficial Copies: Transcript copies received directly by the student are unofficial (“Issued to Student” copies without the seal/signature).
  • One Transcript Rule: All coursework at MTS is listed on a single transcript. You do not need to request multiple transcripts if you completed more than one degree program.
  • Mail-in Option: The request form and a check for the fee (if applicable) can also be mailed directly to the Registrar’s Office at the seminary.
  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 days to receive an email confirmation that your request has been processed.
  • Please do not write in the section on the form labeled “For Official Use Only.”
