If this is not the first transcript request for this student, before the request can be processed, a $5.00 processing fee per transcript copy will need to be paid by contacting the Business Office at 901-334-5822. For transcripts requested for matters pertaining to ordination processes for current students, the processing fee is waived.
Processing fees and transcripts will be processed only when the MTS offices are open Monday-Thursday.
- An official transcript copy bearing the seal and signature of the registrar must be mailed directly from the seminary to the receiving party.
- Transcript copies received by the student are unofficial, Issued to Student copies without the seal and signature of the registrar.
- All coursework at MTS is listed on one transcript. Therefore, it is not necessary to request more than one transcript if you completed more than one degree program at MTS.
- The request form and a check for the transcript fee (if applicable) can also be mailed to the Registrar’s Office at the seminary.
- While transcript requests may be processed sooner, please allow 7-10 days to receive email confirmation that your request has been processed.
- Please do not write in the section on the form labeled “For Official Use Only.”
