Director Of Spiritual Formation

Providence Christian Academy is seeking a Director of Spiritual Formation for the 2025-2026 school year. A Master’s degree is preferred along with supervisory, ministry, and upper school teaching experience. Candidate must have advanced scripture knowledge and be prepared to oversee the school’s climate and culture based on Providence Christian Academy’s mission. The Director will lead the development and implementation of all spiritual life initiatives on campus. He or she will collaborate with leadership, faculty and staff to foster an environment committed to following Jesus, permeating all that happens at PCA, including, admissions, recruitment and retention of faculty, student experience, communications, pedagogy/curriculum, and spiritual formation
