“A Reconstruction of a Leadership Development Program (The Leadership Institute) to e-energize Leaders for Optimal Leadership Performance”

Abstract

This project focuses on a contextual redesign of an existing leadership development program. The enhanced program (The Leadership Institute 2.0) will reform and restructure how leaders lead, how they are trained, how to garner an understanding of their role and responsibilities according to the Biblical model presented in Exodus 18:13-26NLT.
