It’s time to begin preparing our hearts and minds for a big adventure in hospitality — hosting Room In The Inn guests at MTS! Mark your calendars for these dates where we will be hosting at MTS in Hilliard Hall:

In just TWO WEEKS, we will be hosting our first gathering, and we NEED YOUR HELP!
We are in need of 12 sets of new or gently used TWIN SIZED sheets, and 12 blankets no later than Sept. 20. Would you be willing to donate one or more of these items? As a thank you for donating, RITI has gifted us with #HolyHospitality stickers I’ll make sure you receive.
We are also in need of VOLUNTEERS! For our first night on Sept. 22, we need:
1-4 people to set up the classroom in Hilliard Hall no later than 5 p.m. Sunday (move tables and chairs, set up mattresses and make beds)
1-4 people to donate, deliver, and serve dinner at 6 p.m.
1-2 people to donate light breakfast items
1-4 people to clean up and restore Hilliard Hall to instructional use by noon on Monday
1-2 people to do laundry, either at MTS, or at a facility of your choosing, to be finished by Sept. 30.
If you agree to be a volunteer, please let me know ASAP so we can fill the role — we’ll have a brief informational sheet to look over to get you up to speed!
Can’t volunteer on Sept. 22? Prayerfully consider the upcoming dates, or feel free to make a donation to Room In The Inn — just mark “MTS” in the memo line if you want it to stay in-house.
