Dear Memphis Theological Seminary Community,
Given the ongoing necessity of exercising love of neighbor through physical distancing in order to slow the spread of COVID-19, the scheduled Spring 2020 Graduation Exercises for Memphis Theological Seminary will be postponed.
A tentative date of Saturday, October 3, 2020 has been set for the graduation ceremony for Spring 2020 graduates.
The cost of replacing invitations to the graduation ceremony will be covered by the seminary. Details regarding those replacement invitations will be shared by the Registrar’s Office once the place of the graduation ceremony and other details are confirmed.
Students who complete their academic requirements for the May graduation will still be awarded their degrees in May even though the graduation ceremony will not be until October.
Please keep in your prayers those who are already suffering from COVID-19, all those who are providing medical care in this time, along with health care support staff, and other workers providing necessary services in our communities.
