Dr. Kim Atkins, EdD, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in suicide prevention, Alzheimer’s Care, relationship counseling, and career management, as well as in coping skills in both adolescents and adults. She is the owner and CEO of Mind Renewals Counseling Services. She has more than 25 years of counseling experience. In 2015, she earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. Dr. Atkins currently oversees a managed health care company and is a lead inpatient hospital therapist. And she is had been featured as a clinical mental health therapist for TV One’s For My Man, Fox 13 News, Memphis Voyager Magazine, and The Daily Memphian.

Dr. Sarita Wilson-Anderson (She/Her/Hers) serves as an Associate Minister at St. Andrew AME Church in Memphis, TN. She is a Pastoral Counselor as well as the Director of Spiritual Care at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Sarita is a board-certified chaplain, pediatric chaplain and a grief counselor. She is also certified as a Trauma Informed and Team Resilience Specialist. In 2022, she founded Women of Color in Chaplaincy, a Sister Circle to support women who work in professional chaplaincy. She is also the Founder and Director of Dance the Word Ministries, a unique combination of liturgical dance and support for self-report mood disorders, specifically designed for African-American women. Currently she serves as the Connectional Director of Dance for the AME denomination. Dr. Sarita’s mission is to restore hope and bring healing to all. She received her Ed.D. from Argosy University; her M.Div. from Payne Theological Seminary in Wilberforce, OH, and her BA in Broadcast Productions from Howard University. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
