What You Will Do:

  • Deliver associate, clinician, and core leader Formation programs on-site in Tennessee, with occasional instate travel required.
  • Collaborate with management and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess learning needs, define desired performance, and develop appropriate training solutions based on adult learning principles.
  • Facilitate classroom training, applying adult learning principles to teach content and monitor participant progress, while working collaboratively to achieve standards of excellence.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations, analyze results, and update curricula or explore new materials, staying abreast of current and evolving learning trends and emerging technologies.
  • Successfully complete both the Ascension Formation Practitioner and Facilitator Certification Programs within the first 6-12 months of employment.

What You Will Need:

Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Theology or related field (Master’s preferred), along with 2-3+ years of ministry facilitation experience and 2+ years of experience working effectively with boards, committees, and teams.
  • 1-2 years of Program Management skills, complemented by strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities to effectively engage audiences both in-person and virtually, preferred.
